COVID-19 Service update

We are accepting, processing & dispatching orders largely as normal

Telephone & email response;

We are currently unable to accept telephone enquiries or orders, while we are responding to email enquiries please allow up to 24 working hours for a response.

Order processing / Dispatch;

We are generally processing & dispatching on a same or next working day basis. Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible & you will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery services;

UK delivery services are generally operating within normal schedules, but intermittent depot closures & reduced staffing levels due to staff who are self-isolating are still causing occasional delivery delays.

Airmail services may be delayed & varies from country to country.

Couriers Services (Beyond Europe) remain withdrawn due to significant price increase / fluctuation & currently only Airmail services (2Kg maximum weight limit) are available.

Stock availability;

Stock availability has improved significantly since 2020, but has still not returned to pre-pandemic levels. Products originating from the Far East remain the worst affected, on top of increased demand there are currently ongoing issues with sea freight shipments being landed & processed within schedule at UK ports
